Work with me

I build the automation and AI layer businesses actually run on.

Voice agents that answer the phone, workflows that move work between your tools, and the software around them.

What I do

  • AI Technology Consulting

Enterprise-grade discovery for operators who need a clear AI roadmap, a stack decision, and a fixed scope before any build starts.

  • Custom AI Solutions

Bespoke AI software and computer vision builds when your product or ops need more than voice, store chat, or CRM automation.

  • Website Development

A fast, mobile-first lead site that ranks cleanly, wires every inquiry into your CRM, and is structured so people and AI tools can find what you offer.

  • AI Voice & Front Desk

Your phone gets answered after hours, the caller gets qualified, and the job lands on your calendar.

  • Workflow Automation

The handoffs between your CRM, calendar, payments, and messaging stop being somebody's job.

  • Store & Support AI

Voice and chat on your store that know the catalogue, answer order questions, and book.

  • MCP Servers & Integrations

The AI tools your team already uses can read your real data instead of pasted spreadsheets.

  • Mobile App Development

A customer booking app or owner dashboard for multi-location teams, built native or cross-platform with Flutter, SwiftUI, or React.

Who it is for

  • Operators and business owners. Your team is doing work a workflow should be doing: answering the phone after hours, chasing no-shows, routing leads, retyping the same record into two systems.

  • Product teams. You need an AI feature that survives contact with real users: RAG over private data, a scoring engine, or agent tooling.

  • Founders without an in-house engineer. You need one person who can scope the thing, build it, and hand it over documented enough that your own team can run it.

How the work gets scoped

Every engagement runs the same six steps, and you can stop after any of them.

  1. 1

    Free 30-minute discovery call

I ask what your team does by hand, which tools you already pay for, and where the handoffs break.

  2. 2

    Ops interview and systems inventory

A stakeholder interview and a full inventory of what you actually run today: CRM, calendar, phone, forms, payments, spreadsheets, and the parts held together by one person remembering.

  3. 3

    Workflow map

Every step gets labelled agent-ready or human-owned. Anything that cannot tolerate a wrong answer stays human-owned.

  4. 4

    Prioritised opportunity list

Ranked by impact and feasibility, with risk, data, and integration constraints called out before anyone writes code.

  5. 5

    Stack decision and written scope

I recommend a stack and write down the reasoning: GoHighLevel versus custom, n8n, voice, chat. Then you get a written scope and a fixed quote for the build.

  6. 6

Build in named milestones, then handover

You see working software as each milestone lands. At the end you get handover docs, an operator walkthrough, and a post-launch fix window of 14 days on site builds.

What I don't take on

  • Hourly staff augmentation. I scope and deliver a defined outcome.

  • Spec work and free pilots. Discovery is free. Building is not.

  • Content production, ad buying, and social growth. Technical SEO ships with a site build; writing the content and running the campaigns does not.

  • Design-only handoffs. I design what I build.

  • Rescuing an undocumented no-code stack without a discovery first.

  • Work that needs a model to be certain. If a wrong answer is unacceptable, the human stays in the loop.

  • The cheapest quote you will get. If price is the deciding factor, take the cheaper one.

Your first call

On the call

  • What your team does by hand today
  • The tools already in place and what they cost you
  • The one workflow worth fixing first
  • Rough shape, sequence, and the constraints that matter
  • Whether I am the right person for it

What happens after

  • A short written recap: the workflow to start with, the stack, and what a fixed scope would cover
  • If we go ahead, the paid discovery step starts and produces the scope and fixed quote
  • If we do not, you keep the recap and the workflow map notes
