A short discovery call is free. Implementation, custom scope, and retainers are paid under a written quote. No free pilots, no speculative builds, no public price list. Quotes are shared on contact after discovery, typically within 24–48 hours of a completed call.
Work is sold as fixed scope for a defined outcome, not open-ended hourly staff augmentation. Changes after sign-off are a new scope or change order.
Client-owned repositories, cloud accounts, CRM sub-accounts, phone numbers, WhatsApp Business assets, and API keys stay in your name. I do not rent you accounts. Handover includes access docs and a runbook so your team can operate the system.
When a care or retainer fee is in the statement of work, it typically covers hosting coordination you asked me to run, monitoring of agreed failure paths, usage pass-through for voice/SMS/WhatsApp where billed through me, and a bounded hours band for small changes. It does not include new feature epics, ad spend, or content production unless written in.
Project materials stay confidential. Form and audit data handling is described in the privacy policy.
Portfolio and audit tools are provided as-is for evaluation. For paid work, liability is limited as stated in the signed statement of work (typically fees paid for that engagement). Nothing on this site is legal, medical, or financial advice.
