Overview
A website for TELA (Trusted Expertise Law Association), a firm covering corporate law, debt recovery, blockchain law, and legal consultancy.
The design goal was credibility over polish: present complex legal services in a structure a prospective client can actually navigate, and make the consultation the obvious next step.
The problem
Legal service sites tend to either list practice areas as undifferentiated bullet points or bury the substance under stock photography. Neither tells a prospect whether this firm handles their specific situation.
Debt recovery in particular is bought under stress. If the process and the likely outcome are not visible on the page, the visitor leaves to find a firm that explains them.
What was built
- Service pages structured around the client's situation rather than the firm's internal practice-area split.
- An explicit process breakdown per service, so a visitor can see what engagement actually looks like before booking.
- Success metrics and clientele presented as evidence blocks supporting the claims, not as decoration.
- Consultation-focused calls to action placed at the end of each service explanation, where intent is highest.
