## How pricing works

- **Model:** Fixed fee per scoped build (never open-ended hourly for delivery).
- **Discovery:** Free discovery call → written scope + quote target within **24–48 hours**.
- **Lead magnet:** Free Ops Automation Audit at https://saify.me/ops-audit (also /free-audit, /audit).
- **Retainer:** Optional monthly care (hosting, monitoring, WhatsApp/voice usage) named in the written proposal.
- **Out of scope by default:** Free pilots, ads/social-only retainers, price races.

## Engagement tiers (descriptive, not list prices)

### Discovery
- Price: Free
- Limits: One discovery call; no build commitment
- Features: Fit check, bottleneck map, next-step recommendation

### Fixed-scope build
- Price: Custom — quote after discovery (contact / book call)
- Limits: Agreed deliverables in the written scope
- Features: AI chat/voice/agents, CRM automation (GHL/HubSpot/n8n), conversion sites, MCP/custom AI as scoped

### Monthly care (optional)
- Price: Custom — quoted with the build proposal
- Limits: Named in the proposal (channels monitored, usage allowances)
- Features: Monitoring, small fixes, usage oversight for voice/WhatsApp/CRM hooks
