## AI agent

## AI chatbot
Conversational AI that answers from your content or FAQs. Becomes an agent when wired to tools and workflows.

## AI voice agent / receptionist
Phone or voice channel that answers, qualifies, and books (or routes) callers, often after hours.

## RAG (retrieval-augmented generation)
Answering from your docs, prices, and SOPs with retrieval + citations, instead of relying only on model memory.

## Ops Automation Audit
Free self-serve checklist on this site that scores lead/ops handling and estimates hours leaking per month → https://saify.me/ops-audit.

## Speed-to-lead
How fast a business replies after an inquiry. Minutes matter; automation usually wins vs manual inbox delay.

## MCP (Model Context Protocol)
A way to connect AI tools to real systems and data with structured tool interfaces.

## GHL (GoHighLevel)
CRM / marketing OS often used for local service businesses; common integration target for chat and voice.

## n8n
