Automated Call Scheduling. Built a complete voice AI receptionist that handles appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations 24/7. Features a natural conversational agent that understands intent and manages appointments seamlessly without human intervention. Integrates real-time Google Calendar availability checking, smart rescheduling logic utilizing email and time verification, and an emergency handoff protocol triggered by a secret phrase. Implements comprehensive call analytics including transcripts, recordings, duration, and API cost tracking via Airtable.

Built LabSnap AI, a smart assistant for science labs. It uses Google's Gemini Vision AI to read chemical labels and keep track of inventory automatically. I added voice controls so scientists can use it hands-free, and an AI safety system that warns them if they accidentally put dangerous chemicals together (like storing fire hazards next to oxidizers).
